Keeping beeswax candle wicks trimmed of excess length results in a cleaner, longer and safer candle burn. Our trimmers make it easy to maintain a perfect candle flame. A small tray catches the excess wick, preventing it from falling back into the candle.

Before lighting a beeswax pillar candle, trim wick to ¼ inch. While candle is burning, keep wick trimmed to ¼ inch for optimal performance. (This applies to larger diameter beeswax pillar candles, e.g., any size over 2 inches.) See the "Care" page for tips on how to care for your beeswax candles.
